Commission Terms and Conditions

General
The artist, Joseph Valente, will create digital artwork for a unique 12x12" giclée print. Clients may choose the subject and provide clear references and specifications upfront, though the artist reserves the right to deny certain requests. Any major changes to the concept after work has begun may result in additional charges. Commissions are accepted after review. Please email your request details to josephvalentedm@gmail.com.

Payment
Once payment is made, there are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations. 

Timeline
An estimated timeline of 2-4 weeks is required for completion, with updates provided for any changes. Shipping of the print may take 2–6 weeks after artwork completion.

No Revisions
No revisions will be allowed after the initial agreement is finalized. The artwork will be created based on the agreed-upon details provided at the start.

Uniquely Yours
The print is 12x12" with a 1" border and will be titled, numbered, and signed by the artist.

Colors and Display
Actual print colors may vary slightly from what is seen on the screen due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Copyright & Usage
The artist retains copyright. The client receives non-exclusive, personal use rights. Commercial use requires a separate agreement. The artist may display the artwork digitally or through Artist Proof prints unless privacy is requested.

Refunds & Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable once work begins. After payment, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided. If the artist cancels, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery
The final digital artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution file. Prints will be shipped as described. The artwork will not be framed. Shipping costs apply.

Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be handled through communication, with both parties agreeing to resolve issues in good faith.
